This forum has been started to keep track of money. See previous details in "Pride Parade Vertical: Climbing at Buffalo Crag on the Pride Parade Day" I will quickly summarize here:

I am "taking care" of the money as long as I don't have to handle bank accounts, interest, tax related stuff or paper work... I am happy to be transparent by making a forum topic (this one) about the group funds and posting changes.

At our Pride Climb, we had a lot of fun climbing outdoors in good company and collected some money as follows:
Income: $60 x 5 = $300 ($60 registration fee for the pride climb includes $30 annual membership fee.)
Advertisement: $100+HST = $113. Thank you Xiaoping for volunteering your equipment for this event.
Balance: $187
